KANAKO_ThumbnailWithout a doubt, one of the worst days of your life must be when you realize you are F’d-up in every side of your life,  but it must be even worse when you realize that everything around you had been rotten for a long time, and you never saw it until that exact moment. Former (and as the cliche dictates «disgraced») detective Akikazu get a gradual but still cruel reality check when his estranged ex-wife contacts him to find their daughter Kanako, who he has not seen in a long time and has been missing for days in the new film by Tetsuya Nakashima, “The World Of Kanako” which will be released on select theaters and VOD on December 4th.

KANAKO_ThumbnailUno de lo peores días de tu vida es cuando te das cuenta de que estas jodido por todos lados, pero peor aun es cuando te das cuenta de lo podrido que estaba todo a tu alrededor y que nunca lo habías visto hasta ese momento. El ex-detective (y caído en desgracia, como lo dicta el cliché) Akikazu recibe un gradual pero tremendo balde de agua fria y chequeo de realidad cuando su ex-esposa lo contacta para encontrar a su hija Kanako, la cual no ha visto en meses, y ha estado desaparecida por varios días en el nuevo filme de Tetsuya Nakashima “The World Of Kanako” el cual se estrena en cines selectos y VOD el 4 de Diciembre.

El trailer de «The World Of Kanako» con estreno en VOD Diciembre 4.

TWOK_ONESHEET_WEB«The World Of Kanako» fue un filme del que oimos cosas muy buenas (y Bizarras), pero que por desgracia, nos perdimos su estreno cuando se exhibió el año pasado en Beyond Fest, por suerte, nuestros amigos de Drafthouse Films pronto nos ayudaran a corregir ese detalle.

Drafthouse Films lanzará el aclamado thriller de Tetsuya Nakashima The World of Kanako en cines selectos en Diciembre 4, asi como haciendolo disponible en varias plataformas de VOD, incluyendo Amazon Instant, iTunes, Vimeo, y VHX. El estreno en Dvd y Bluray esta planeado para los primeros meses de 2016.

TWOK_ONESHEET_WEB«The World Of Kanako»… now, that’s a film that I heard a lot of good (and twisted) things about, and that sadly I missed when it was show at Beyond Fest last year,  fortunately our good friends at Drafthouse Films are going to help us to get our fix.

From the Press Release:
Drafthouse Films will release Tetsuya Nakashima’s acclaimed thriller The World of Kanako in select theaters on December 4th, as well as making it available on multiple digital VOD platforms including Amazon Instant, iTunes, Vimeo, and VHX.  A home video release on Blu-ray and DVD is slated for early 2016.
